So my car was Taken by Palm Springs Police Department after reading the reviews of where my car was being taken I was scared because the reviews were not good at all, but I can tell you from my experience from the first phone call talking to Miss Torry to the last phone call of the day up until I picked up my vehicle. I was treated with respect, empathy and compassion. I don’t know if it was just a good day for everyone, but I got no Vibes from this place no bad conversation nothing negative. Everything was positive down to the guy That walked me to my car. Everyone spoke when they came to the window. Everyone asked did you get someone to help you yet? I didn’t get anything negative from here my experience especially with Miss Tori. She was very kind very helpful and I thank her. All I can say is maybe if you walk in with a positive attitude or positive energy maybe you’ll receive the same I’m not saying every day. It’s probably a good day there, but I can say they are human as well. People make mistakes people go through things, but my experience with this Towing company was excellent. Excellent service. I can’t lie about that.

Hello everybody,<br><br>They impounded our truck and trailer (As usual they do in FL) asked for a bunch of things and proofs to get it released. And that is not a problem at all since WE OWN THE EQUIPMENT. Issue is that they were asking for bunch of thing not at once, but as soon as i provide something to them, that they need, they ask for additional paperwork that needs to be sent as an original, driver was there waiting for whole 2 days. They did not want to realease the units. Slow to reply on email, they only reply to one person instead of the whole chain, all the email that are in the chain. When you call they rarely answer, and when they do - they are grumpy and mad. They also declined to accept a lot of valid paperwork stating its not what they need. All in all very unprofessional, waste of time and money. Do not recoment even doing anything with them, and if you get impounded, be prepared to lose your mind.

My mom’s car was towed here after an accident, and we were really stressed about the whole situation. From the first phone call to when we arrived at the yard, Tammy was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, patient, and truly went above and beyond to help us get my mom’s belongings out of the car. She made a tough situation so much easier to deal with. Thank you, Tammy, for your compassion and excellent service!
