I want to take a moment to leave a sincere review for Natasha at Barrow’s Wrecker.<br><br>When I first walked in, I’ll be honest — I was a little taken aback by the energy. Natasha gave me instructions on how to locate my vehicle and explained the fees that had accrued over the two days it had been there. I followed her directions and went to find my car.<br><br>As the day went on, I spent several hours in and out of the office trying to arrange transportation for my vehicle. I had multiple tow companies scheduled — first through my insurance and then through my own efforts — and the entire process became incredibly stressful. I truly felt like I wanted to cry and scream all at once.<br><br>At one point, I paused and looked around. I saw so many different people coming in and out — all with different personalities, different stories, and different levels of frustration. I realized how much the women behind the counter have to handle in a 24-hour establishment like this while still being expected to remain professional. In that moment, I understood that the initial energy I felt likely wasn’t personal at all — it was simply a reflection of how human it is to manage so much, all day long.<br><br>Later, my tow company canceled for the second time due to unforeseen circumstances, and I was completely overwhelmed and tapped out. I assumed the staff would be careless or impatient, since the situation was out of my control and continuing to drag on.<br><br>But I was wrong.<br><br>Natasha showed me genuine kindness and grace. She offered a smile and extended compassion when she truly didn’t have to. I can’t even explain how much that meant — I went back to my car and cried. After the past couple of days dealing with the aftermath of a wreck, that small act of kindness meant everything.<br><br>Thank you, Natasha.<br><br>And thank you as well to the other brown-haired woman working on 1/28/26 (I didn’t catch your name), along with the two gentlemen — the bald gentleman and the older gentleman — who helped me locate my car and asked if I was okay.<br><br>Your kindness did not go unnoticed.<br><br>— Angel (silver Nissan Sentra)

I know that most of the time it's not a good reason to use a wrecker service but if you have to, these are the folks to use. Everyone I have met in the office made this experience so much better when it was already bad. I totaled a very important car to me and had a bunch of issues with getting another wrecker service to move the vehicle. They were super understanding and compassionate and even helped me locate another service after hours because they witnessed me waiting for hours on someone that may or may not show up. They got everything in line and set up for the company they got me in touch with and was picked up in about 10 minutes after waiting for over 4 hours on the other company. Genuinely wonderful people. I hope I don't see them very often but I am very happy with my experience.
