My car went out while i was on an exit ramp on my way to work. Thought i was going to be late and stranded, but luckily the owner saw me pulled over and gave me a tow to my destination. Felt safe and comfortable the whole way, super nice guy! Thank you!

Owner helped me get out of the middle of nowhere. I was stranded for 5 hours with no service and kept having postponed help, he was able to help me get to a mechanic and find a place to stay for the night. Made sure I was safe all the way through. Truly has a good heart.

My foolish child slid into a parked car, the tie rod bent, and the wheel wouldn't turn. We called up DownStream and they worked with us to get it towed on the day we needed it brought to our mechanic. They had the best price as well out of the 7 or so other companies I contacted. It was pretty easy on our part. We didn't have to be there, we set it up all through text, and we just Venmo'd the money to them when it was done. Some of these reviews say they were rude or didn't keep their schedules. I'll say I experienced a little bit of that. They weren't extremely friendly on the phone and ended up being about an hour or so late to tow the car than when they said they would be there but I didn't really care. For the price we paid, they showed up and did the job, and so it was fine from my point of view.
