First mistake was not reading any of these reviews. But like most towing services it seems they just operate on your desperation to get your vehicle moved.<br><br>-No change for cash payment but also only accepted cash. <br>-Also didn’t have receipts, claimed one would be mailed but that never happened.<br>-Emailed the company website for a receipt for insurance, just talking into the void. It’s like this transaction never happened.<br><br>I love nothing more than to pay for a service and have to feel like I’m bothering someone for a simple record of it. Just to be ignored. This is basic business. But asking for a receipt for you taking my money is insane I guess.<br><br>Weird and annoying and unnecessary for no reason at all. Just makes an already annoying situation more annoying. I doubt they care tho! But anyone that cares to read reviews should be aware before you get got. Odds are that if you need a tow, you’re probably already in a situation that is not ideal. These people will not help you, they’ll get theirs and get out. Spend your money with more professional people!

My sister is a US Marine working at Camp Lejeune as an instructor. She came into Chicago to attend suicide and mental health training. Parked in the location that the training center instructed her to. Not long after she arrived a young guy parked behind her and blocked her in.<br>My sister needed to leave at the end of training to catch a flight. She called this company and they treated her horribly. Called her a liar and spoke to her lower than low. Didn’t even consider what she was saying may be true. Don’t use this company.

Nothing like beating them to the lot despite them having an hour head start. Money misers out to exploit garbage city parking for cash off people. Useless human beings not helping society for their living just out to inconvenience people and make the world a much more frustrating place. If ever I need towing services these scam artists will NEVER have my business nor anyone I know's business.
