I brought my 2021 Lincoln Navigator to Court Street Ford due to the AC not working. They told me I needed a new compressor for $4100. I then brought it to Autoplex for a second opinion and was told there were no leaks found and charged the AC for $400. Saved me thousands. Thank you Logan! Highly recommend.

Brought truck in for an alignment. 2 days later the camber bolts were loose. Brought back and had another set installed. Even after they "aligned" the front end, visibly the truck had negative camber. Shop suggested installing a different style control arms. Installed and had same result. Called and said to put original arms back on and I'll take it home. Shop then informed me that they lost my original control arms. They ordered and installed new original style arms then claimed it fixed the camber issue and billed me for the new arms. The truck left the shop with visible negative camber. Recently brought truck into Joe's Automotive to get the front end aligned again after I had replaced the steering box. Joe's called me and said that they couldn't perform the alignment because the incorrect camber bolt kit had been installed previously. In conclusion, I would not recommend taking your vehicle to autoplex. They are not mechanics, they are hardly parts changers just looking to get your money. Take your vehicle to Joe's Automotive instead.
