Ben and the service team were very helpful, getting my car in quickly, and taken care of in a timely fashion. There were multiple issues addressed, and they provided a full summary report with videos and pictures of the issues for my review before agreeing to charges, all on their convenient web app. When complete, I was able to pick up the car and get in and out in under 15 minutes. Communication during the process was also very readily accessible via text or call. Thank you!

Service was efficient, they met me as soon as I pulled in. They covered everything on my list and asked questions to help with any of the issues. Tou was very knowledgeable and helpful, he gave very detailed explanations and taught me a few simple things I didn’t know. He kept me updated on the progress of my car as I waited. Best service experience I have had in the many times I was there. Will definitely ask for him when I return.

Late Saturday evening I encountered a pothole on the highway and had to have a spare put on. I contacted Ben at Audi Indianapolis on Sunday to see if he could get a loaner for me and replace it Monday so that I could get to my job. He responded in a timely manner and Monday morning when I went to the dealer he had the loaner ready for me. By the afternoon the new tire was on my car. He made the process easy, efficient, and removed the stress. It also allowed me to get to work safely. He and his team go over and above to deliver a first class experience and it's a pleasure working with him. He's an outstanding model of what excellence in customer service and communication look like!
