Hit and miss. The first time I was here I had to have a diagnostic done and further repairs to my vehicle. The person I worked with was really nice and super helpful. It did take several hours for things to get done, but they have a nice lounge you can sit in so that is nice.

When I most recently visited this location I had an appointment. I arrived early and brought my vehicle in. The person at the desk I went to acted like I was bothering him but told me to go have Eric or Caleb help me.

I didn't know which one was which so went to the next open station. Eric arrived and rudely asked me, "Can you go somewhere else? I have a lot of work to do!" He didn't even ask what I needed or if I had been helped.

I went to the next station where Caleb was and he was very nice. He took my information and I went to the lounge to wait on my vehicle.

Once my vehicle was done Caleb came to find me in the lounge. When I was almost to Caleb's station to sign paperwork, Eric was giving me dirty looks and I didn't appreciate it.

After I had paid, Caleb asked if I wanted my car washed and I had asked if it was extra or would take a long time. He said no and that it would take about 5 minutes.

He told the person who had just brought a washed car in to go ahead and wash my vehicle. The other guy gave me this look like, " why should I wash her car?" I almost told them to jot worry about it because if he was going to give me dirty looks I didn't need it.

When my car came back it was mostly clean except for the back. I just wanted to go but got stuck behind some cars.

The work on my car was done nicely by the mechanics but Eric and the guy who washed my car definitely made my second trip a horrible one.

My husband and I own and operate an independent shop north of Indianapolis. We mostly repair domestic vehicles, but on occasion we do service customers who own Subarus. One of our long time customers had an oil leak requiring parts that needed to be special ordered. The first order arrived with incorrect parts and pieces missing. Additional parts were subsequently ordered with 2 that were on back order. One part arrived 2 weeks later & the final part needed was “coming from CA”, but later discovered the dealership in CA wouldn’t sell it. I was furious!!! I demanded knowing what other dealers in the country carried this obscure part for a 2018 Crosstrek. All of a sudden, a dealer in IL had it. I call them myself on a Thursday night and Monday morning it arrived. Tom Wood is so unprofessional, & apathetic it was disgraceful. Go ANYWHERE other than Tom Wood Subaru.
