They stole my car and acted like I didn't own a vehicle and they never seen it or already issued it to me and they never did and they towed it again and stole it they didn't believe i owned it or have insurance see affordable towing in court I hated it and they left with my vehicle and stole the contents items I had while I was relocating claiming I was trespassing my 2018 Malibu was never seen again the last time I saw it I purchased it from HARE and I have to take them to court and they did all that without "my" the sole owners consent which is what they don't believe. I'll see ya in court I didn't need and hated there service AUTO THEFT. THEY ARE GOING TO JAIL WHEN THE JUDGE FINDS OUT ALSO. I LOST MY BEST VEHICLE CAUSE OF THEM ITS A YEAR LATER. BIGGEST LIARS EVER. STOLEN VEHICLE RING TOW COMPANY.

We had great service from every employee involved with our services. The tow truck driver dropped my nephew off at the next exit after the crash because I was stuck in the traffic jam behind the accident. The employee working the desk told me what documentation I could provide to remove items from the car (owned by my father who is elderly and could not come himself), and finally a gentleman helped my nephew and brother get the scooter lift off. He physically helped them and had tools they needed. They were all great!
