Javier was very kind, and courteous. He's an excellent tow truck driver, I was very impressed. They also gave me the best tow price, and I explained to Mr Javier that I'm not native of Indiana. I had recently buried my whole entire family my household. Including my only sibling. While going through a divorce as well. He was very compassionate. And then they repaired my car that two other mechanics had completely, mishandled. They were only changing brakes, lol... Smh. This cost the rear right side will to break away from the car and come completely off and ruined the will itself. Luckily for me I was able to locate a rim just like the ones I had, and Javier and his team installed the wheel checked all the other brakes and will assemblies around the car, repaired my vehicle in a timely matter same day. And then sent me on my way with a discounted price. Segovia's is saved in my phone with a star next to it they make dealing with the headache that is a broke down vehicle really easy and stress-free Javier is a super cool dude with a refreshing understanding and positive attitude towards his customers, they don't waste time getting the job done you don't find businesses like this anymore five stars and then some!
