Earlier today I left a negative review for this business without really having a good valid reason. If their company policy was explained to me the way that the owner in his response to me when I called on the phone I would have never left a negative review. I feel a retraction of that review is warranted. I truly am sorry. As the business owner did quickly reply and explained his reasoning and company policy I now understand and can fully agree being in the same industry. So with that being said I will be calling your establishment tomorrow as you do deserve a formal apology. Good mix of vehicles, a few classics with a lot of modern vehicles. Nice to explore a u-pull type place. The staff was very friendly, the pricing was fair.

I waited quite a while for an engine for a customer of mine, then called about another part only to get the same line from another salesperson... "We'll call you back" is obviously just something they say. I run my own garage business and when I'm trying to find parts for my customers vehicles I kind of like to have a yes or no answer not a I think I can get you one and never call me back answer.
