I needed a grill piece for my son's '93 Buick LeSabre and found the only one in the city was here. They pulled the part and had it ready for me to pick up after work. I drove up there, completed my transaction, and on my way again in short order. The part was a perfect fit, worked great, and the fella that took care of me was courteous and pleasant to deal with... I found myself overheated and stranded at the Quick Way at 210 and 291...investigation proved I had a hole worn into an upper radiator and my coolant system was completely dry.<br>I did a search for auto parts nearby, and KC Auto Source happen to be just about next door.<br>I called the number, Ilya answered and I explained my situation. He happen to have a ranger on his lot, but with a different motor...we swapped pictures, and they seemed close enough to get me going again until I could permanently repair.<br>He pulled the hose and brought it and tools over to us in quite-literally less than five minutes. He swapped out the parts for me and went on is way...refusing any money, though I forced him to take some.<br>From the time I called to the time I was back on the road was about 30 minutes...amazing.<br>So, take this as a shout-out for this company and that man...great people. To me, that means it's most likely an honest place to do car-parts business...which can be hard to come by these days.<br><br>Huge thank you to Ilya!
