The bald, bearded guy working the desk was awesome — super helpful, friendly, and knew exactly what he was doing. He walked me through the paperwork, told me what I needed ahead of time, and answered all my questions without rushing me. He made a stressful situation way easier than I expected. Really appreciate the good attitude and solid customer service. Definitely recommend if you ever have to deal with an impound.
