My husband was in a wreck and our car was towed to this company. Been trying to get ahold of someone for over 2 days now trying to see when we can pick up our vehicle. No respond. Says “line is busy” drove to the property and there is no building you can walk up to ask question or even a phone number you can call. It just lot full of wreck cars that is locked with fenced all around the cars. I would like a different phone number to get into contact with someone so I can pick up my car.

Tow truck company charged my friend $300, over the legal limit of $150, without prior warning in an area that was not marked by sign. The car was released at 8:00pm and towed at 7:00pm. Absolute scam and immoral company.
