Staff was really nice and helpful after my accident. Their staff even gave me some advise on how to get insurance moving on the claims process, because they were running the stalling BS. Top notch people.

Went in 87th st location and female was smoking outside and saw us go in so had to wait for her to finish smoking then she came in and helped somebody else when we were 1st in and we brought everything she asked for or needed then she said she can't let us get our things out of it without a release which she never told us before we drove there, so after we called travelers they talked to her and they said now we see what your saying and they allowed us to get our stuff and after all that we had to release the car so they can take it. Makes no sense for both to release this or that she was rude and not very good should of been one release not a back and fourth thing. Next time I'll have my own stuff towed at accident if possible, Dales on 87th is no good.

I've used Dales before. The driver was a nice guy and the price was affordable. Time was t too bad. They said it would take an hour, but it went by much faster. They said we would be called when they were on their way but the guy showed up without us there. Luckily we were on the way and it was less than 5 minutes. When picking up the car and trying to pull it, the chain got caught on the flat and the car got stuck. After realizing the car was caught, he pounded on it with a hammer for awhile to get it unstuck. Rough day for that guy, but overall good experience.
