Car stalled on a busy highway, would not start back. Called Tj’s - they were there in less than 10 minutes, hooked up the car and towed it to the garage. Our driver was very professional, and handled our stressful situation flawlessly!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional, and rude. It took them so long to complete the job, and they did not want to answer my questions, barely wanted to give me a ride along. I highly would NOT recommend them.

A one star rating is generous. My daughter was ina car accident. When I arrived they had her car on the back of a tow truck even though the car was drivable. I called to pick up the car a day later to avoid having my insurance company pay to have the car towed to a repair shop. Cost... Well the guy told me it would run $1700 to get my car off their lot! That is a predatory scam to take advantage of insurance companies which then pass the cost to consumers. Companies like this need to be regulated by local government to ensure fair pricing to consumers. Businesses like TJs towing are the reason for extreme increases in auto insurance premiums. They don't deserve to service this community.
