Very bad experience. One of the employees of this company treated me in a disrespectful way and kept saying he couldn’t understand me. I told him that he understood me but simply didn’t want to help, and he answered, “Yes, I don’t want to help.” I only needed towing to pull my car out of the mud, which would have taken just a few minutes. He ignored me while helping other customers. I cannot give less than one star — even one star is more than this service deserves.

My car wasn’t cranking up and my insurance company reached out to express towing to come out and tow my car to the dealership . 2 other towing companies came out prior to express towing and were not able to get my car out of the parking garage because the trucks couldn’t fit through. Danny from express towing came in and went the extra mile . His truck couldn’t fit through the parking garage but he knew what to do to be able to get my car out of the parking garage so that my car could be towed to the car dealership. You can tell that Danny KNOWS about cars and has the heart to provide you with a 5 star customer service experience !! I heavily recommend express towing 24!!!

If there was ever a company that deserved more than 5 Stars its this one. I cannot put into words how helpful Dalton was to my family. We were in town for a church event and got stranded on the side of Brownsboro. Dalton and Anthony were amazing. Going above and beyond is an understatement. Dalton and this company did absolutely everything they could and then some to get us towed to a place they trusted and to get us back home the next day. Thank you guys so much!!
