Know your rights. They cannot make you pay cash only by law. KRS 281.930 Requires them to allow credit card. I’m reporting them to the Kentucky Attorney General and you should also. The police made a report for me as evidence, and I recorded her saying they only take cash. I encourage everyone to do the same to this slimy business. Edited to add: I have our conversation recorded. Your entire response is a lie lol.

I would leave 5 stars but they did have to do their job and impound my car, but they have very good customer service super sweet and nice people if you ever get your car impounded hopefully they are the ones people call because they have great customer service also good company to call if you are in trouble and need a tow

Absolutely poor customer service. The guy that towed my boyfriend‘s car backed into his car and didn’t even apologize also didn’t even let us know until we noticed it when we got home. The reception lady was just absolutely rude throwing our paperwork and our keys. It’s was the worse experience in my life, I will never use them ever again or recommend them to anyone
