I would definitely highly recommend using Minor Roadside and Towing. He gave me a flat rate. That's the most important part about it. There were no hidden fees and there were no extra charges. Everything was done up front and I highly recommend dealing with this company again. I also would like to add. I called him and within a half an hour he showed up to my destination and started the Towing process. So if anyone is looking for a tow in Baton Rouge I highly suggest Minor Roadside and Towing.

Our car was towed here late at night after we were directed to park in a spot by a police officer at an LSU game that apparently wasn’t allowed. The biggest issue was that the business is listed online as open 24 hours, but when we arrived, the gate was closed and no one answered the phone. This left my family — including my young children — stranded in a very unsafe area of town in the middle of the night, which was terrifying.<br><br>The location is...unideal, the posted hours online are inaccurate, and there is no real website with reliable information, only a Facebook. The whole situation caused enormous stress and fear for our family. LSU is contracted with this company, and we were stranded in Baton Rouge because of a lack of available information for vehicle retrieval late at night after the game. You can't find out that they aren't actually open until you get there and see the business hours on the building itself.<br><br>I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because, despite all of this, they did ultimately allow us to retrieve our car on a Sunday when they are apparently closed. I appreciate that they helped us today, but accurate hours and reliable communication are absolutely necessary to keep people safe.
