I recently had a frustrating experience that I feel compelled to share. After spending 34 minutes on the phone with a representative who assured me they had the part I needed, I was hopeful and eager to resolve my issue. However, my expectations quickly turned into disappointment when I arrived at the North Street location, only to find out they had moved off Choctaw and Monterrey.<br><br>After waiting for 20 minutes at the new location, I was then told by representative, they didn’t have the part after all. The lack of communication and organization was incredibly frustrating. Not only did I waste over an hour of my time—half of which was spent waiting—I was also misled about the availability of the part I needed.<br><br>It’s disheartening when customer service fails to deliver on its promises. I understand that mistakes happen, but better communication and more accurate information would have saved me a lot of time and trouble. I hope this feedback helps improve their service in the future, as I certainly won’t be returning anytime soon. However, after reviewing all the other comments I doubt anything will change. The lady at the front desk is very unprofessional. She sat there eating and talking about another prospective customer. Very disappointing!!!

I have ordered parts for my shop from this company and they say my parts are in stock but it never gets delivered. I have tried to give them a chance thinking it was a genuine mistake but this has happened one time too many.
