Roosevelt and his crew were prompt and did a great job cleaning up the junk in the back yard. It had accumulated a great deal of unusable "stuff" due to the previous owners and was too big of a job for us to do ourselves. He gave an estimate and did not go beyond that. I asked him to do some extra work and was charged additional for that, but we agreed on that up front.<br><br>I highly recommend Roosevelt. He will treat you fairly and does a great job.
