I needed a 48ft trailer lifted off from another trailer. I will admit they gave me a good price compared to other semi tow trucks around the area. So i appreciate this company for that. Now the driver Dany needs to work on his attitude and grumpyness, guys that work in that shop where he came to do the job were helping him and he was talking kinda rude. Not sure if he has been doing this for long but is missing confidence. Would I recommend this towing company. Absolutely yes! Thanks

I want to share my experience with this company, which has been disappointing so far. One of our drivers got stuck at BJ’s. I requested their assistance to winch the unit out.<br><br>When their team arrived on-site, they initially said they would need to bring their big truck and claimed the situation required more than a winch-out. They dispatched their big truck with a quoted cost of $2,000.<br><br>I asked the driver to send pictures and video while they were working, and it became clear that they simply winched out the truck, and the job took no more than 10 minutes. Despite this, they charged the full $2,000 and refused to adjust the price.<br><br>I would advise caution when dealing with this company, as there was a clear overcharge and a lack of honesty regarding the work performed.

This is what towing is all about respect! This company does not over charge like some companies they are here to help! Not take advantage of their customers! I highly recommend them! And just a shout out to a new driver at Ultra Danny, he helped me a couple weeks ago, very knowledgeable and respectful! Other tow companies need to learn from this one.
