This morning around 8:10 a.m. on Route 128 North in Peabody, I had an alarming and dangerous encounter with one of this company’s drivers. While attempting to zipper merge—a standard and recommended practice when a lane ends—their driver deliberately refused to yield and aggressively forced me off the road.<br><br>The behavior was not only unprofessional but genuinely unsafe. The driver was towing heavy machinery at the time, making the situation even more hazardous. It was clear that ego took priority over basic road safety, and that’s unacceptable for anyone operating a vehicle of that size.<br><br>Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company. Safety should be a top priority, especially for operators of large trucks and equipment, and this driver’s actions showed a complete disregard for it.<br><br>— Morgan

Had a very positive experience when my car broke down in Chestnut Hill. Denay was there in less than 15 min and was incredibly professional and positive and made the experience way less stressful. My wheels were locked and he used a bunch of tricks to help get it loaded and unloaded and even gave me a ride to the shop. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Price was reasonable.

Kevin was wonderful! My daughter hit a huge pothole at 2:30 AM. She blew both passenger side tires. We were 1.5 hours away from her. He spoke with us on the phone, brought her to a local Dunkin Donuts so that she was safe until we arrived, then worked with us to determine which tire shop to bring it to. I am so thankful that he went above and beyond to keep my daughter safe.
