The hood of my car randomly popped open & completely shattered my windshield. By some twist of fate Eduardo (& another gentleman) happened to be going by and they stopped. We spoke momentarily and I gave the office a call. And even there was extremely helpful and calming! Once there , I , dealt with The boss and Ms Paula , and they were prepared , present and willing to do whatever they could to help! I was there no longer than 20 minutes , put in a rental and went on my way! The healthiest experience I’ve encountered with towing , rental and insurance in any form! 10 out of 10.<br><br>Quote : “We work for you , not the insurance company” - The boss!
