This place was arrogant when you are ordering a parts, the reps Richard was having a stressfull or something like that while others are ignored or treated with disrespect no one greeted . Secondly, shaking his head because i was exchaging a parts. he didnt even say thank you. I won't come back with this customer service. If you don't like your job , just stay at home smoking your cigarettes . If you don't have a good customer service, empathy to work on your company, go back to your training courses.

Yesterday, I was in Quincy for a funeral service, I was not able to find parking, so I entered the Napa store on the corner of washington street and kittredge, I explained my situation, offered to pay the owner / employees to allow my vehicle to park there, long enough for the service. They both looked at one another, and insisted, you park there, and stay as long as you need. Their kindness, and respect touched my heart, my family and I are grateful, but more importantly, I hope other people in Quincy, know how lucky they are, to have these people in their court. They made sure to get me the best deal possible, and they were even able to get the parts to me in a timely manner, despite the fact that my car is an older model.<br><br>The staff at this auto parts store were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided.
