I would strongly caution others about relying on their service packages or recommendations (those are all oil change for $100). I am currently sitting at Nucar Nissan writing this review, and the difference in service quality and overall comfort is noticeable. It reminds me of the level of service I receive at Herb Chambers Lexus.<br><br>I recently purchased a used Ford Fusion and brought it in specifically for a proper oil change and multipoint inspection. I clearly explained to the service consultant that I did not need a tire rotation because the tires are brand new just to save the tech his time. What I did need was consultation on a few specific concerns: a rear-left shock issue, a missing lug nut (which is a safety concern), and a general inspection of the brakes, coolant, transmission condition, and brake fluid. I even mentioned that I suspected the brakes were worn because the brake fluid level was noticeably low.<br><br>Unfortunately, it felt like my concerns were ignored. It appeared that the focus was simply on completing standard procedures rather than addressing the actual issues I raised. None of the specific problems I mentioned were properly reviewed, and even basic items like topping off windshield washer fluid were overlooked.<br><br>After checking out a new car at next door Ford's dealership about an hour, I had to return to the service desk and ask them to recheck everything. I was then told it was too late in the day and that I would need to come back another time because the technician would have to remove the wheels to inspect the brakes. This was frustrating, especially since these were the exact concerns I communicated from the beginning. And I expect they are all flat rate mechanics so their extra 30 mins I save for them all went to their own pockets! THEY DONT CARE<br><br>This review is meant as honest feedback. I hope management takes it seriously and improves communication, attention to detail, and customer care. When customers bring up specific safety-related concerns, those should always be prioritized and addressed properly. But I believe this is just for you guys since no other comments was taken serious and no manager on ground at the moment.

Part was ordered and Vin number was sent butt wrong part was shipped anyway. I asked them to send me the new correct part butt they Declined. I will not be without my truck while waiting on them to send me the correct part. They said they guarantee the correct part. They said they will send me the correct part I send them back the wrong one and I would have to reorder for the correct one. This is inconvenient way to do business.
