We can’t say enough good things about Detroit Wrecker. We can honestly say we 100% trust Mike and his crew, we prepaid for our unit to be installed before the vehicle was even sent there! if that’s not trust then I don’t know what is. We sent our brand new 2026 F450 Superduty there to install a Herc 2.0 system and it lives up to the name. Mike’s team was very thorough in Keeping us up-to-date throughout each phase of this process, which means a lot to me as a business owner located 1/2 way across the country. The quality of this unit is second to none and there’s something to be said about that. We went with the slide and glide dollies and wireless remote with winch hidden behind the rear bumper and man it’s hard to beat !! And the frame reinforced! Look at the welds !! We thought we should also mention that I called Mike at 9:00 PM Saturday night on his Birthday ! ( come to find out ) when my flight landed in Detroit he sent someone to meet us there so we could pick up. Joey met us at the shop and showed us the ropes on each part of the truck and made sure to explain. We left feeling confident and I’ll be back for future kits in the future!!

This is my first Tow Truck that I’ve owned and has been by far the most reliable and efficient unit I’ve ever operated! There isn’t anything that I’ve come across that I’ve needed a different truck to accomplish the job. Mike and his team are amazing to work with, regardless of time of day or night! The motorcycle attachment is ridiculously easy to use and the fame forks came in clutch today! We have ran this lift hard and have not had any issues with it! Can’t wait to get more installed!
