I am a army veteran and current security officer, this is my testimony on the terrible way this company treats customers (and yes I have called my lawyer). I had an accident on the freeway 94, no ticket, no other car involved, MSP knew I was sober, but they still treated me like a criminal instead of a customer :Tow truck driver would not take me where I wanted it towed to, so it had to sit in THEIR LOT - ALL WEEKEND ,before I could buy my wreck back just to tow it to a scrap yard. This is robbery plain and simple, to charge daily and force you to keep it there, while I had the money on hand. Tow truck driver also ran over my foot while I was asking him a question, because he had "no time to talk, and I was in HIS WAY". after he dropped me OFF AT NIGHT IN THE COLD at a gas station at the corner of 6 mile and 94. Rude driver, robbery, assault with a vehicle, treating ppl like homeless criminals, extortion.. I'm posting this all over the Internet about u guys and u can keep my car if u think I'm paying for that weekend storage. Only way these people get business is from the cops. I'm a security guard and army vet and had just left work when I crashed do to black ice. Take my word. CALL ANYONE ELSE, BUT DO NOT CALL NATIONWIDE EXTORTION TOWING COMPANY!

Today I had to get a car towed to the repair shop. I reached out to nation wide towing and they send out a man name Faiz who really respond quickly to my emergency. Faiz was very polite. Professional and respectful. He answered any questions that I had and I appreciate that. I hope that nation wide appreciate having a driver like Faiz to represent the company . Great job keeping doing a great job Faiz!!!!

Do not let this company overcharge you for the time they keep your vehicle over the weekend!<br><br>We called at 9:14 AM today to arrange the pickup of our car. With the help of our lawyer, my dad quickly filled out the necessary paperwork, including a consent form to release the vehicle since my uncle is out of the country. However, the representative informed us that we must wait until Monday to retrieve the car.<br><br>We expressed our concerns about potential charges for today and tomorrow, as the teenager who caused the accident had mentioned this possibility. We urgently need the car back. The representative stated that their policy applies to everyone, which seems unfair and may violate Bill A-3749. This situation could lead to damages for Nationwide Recovery that exceed $10,000. Additionally, the representative was rude, and the business card provided contained no extra contact information; otherwise, I wouldn’t be writing this here. The Hamtramck Police Department should also be aware of this practice to avoid potential lawsuits.<br><br>This message will be deleted if the owner charges us fair fees.
