After calling around to several shops in the Battle Creek area for a break job on my daughters car, I found Double E to have the best rates so I tried them out. I was very pleased with their service, communication and follow through with what they quoted. I've had had to go back for different mechanical issues on the same vehicle, each time they have been fair, upfront and accommodating to my schedule and needs. I have a 2014 Ford F-150 Lariat. Has 106k miles on it and thought, geez, I probably should have a tune up. I like to shop around and get the best price and great service so I started calling a few places in Battle Creek. They all asked for information about the truck, my name, my number etc,etc. They would work up a quote and get back to me. There was one exception. Double E Auto asked for all the same information BUT they gave me a price right then, on the phone!<br>None of the other places called me back!<br><br>So, took my truck into Double E on the day and time of the appointment (which was like a day or two later). They called me ahead of the promised time to pick it up and the price, well it was less than what they quoted. I mean, quicker than promised, less than quoted….. who does that? Double E, that’s who. I highly recommend them for vehicle service.
