Sorry this is going to be a long review, I was a frustrated customer, I purchased a battery a few days ago there was an issue with it, the gentleman at the counter was not able to help me with it, the assistant manager happened to walk in off the clock, and he stopped what he was doing, took the time to resolve the issue, and went above and beyond, I will be sending them all my business which isn't a lot, and I will be buying all my parts from them, thanks Mike A , from the Capital Ave Northeast Battle Creek Michigan store
