I was stuck in a really tricky spot and thought it was going to be a huge hassle, but he went out of his way to get my ball joint back on just so he could safely load my car onto the truck. He didn’t rush the job and made sure everything was done right. Super professional, hardworking, and clearly cares about helping people out. If you get Marcus, you’re in good hands. I had to have my wife’s vehicle towed to dealer in holland. Called them up and within a half hour they were already in my driveway backing up to garage and ready to load vehicle! Great pricing for a last minute call and Marcus was amazing! Marcus treated me like a person and not like another job, which most companies do.
