I had an extremely disappointing experience with this shop. They kept my car for an entire week and performed zero repairs during that time. I received no meaningful communication about what was happening — I had to reach out multiple times just to get updates. When I finally received their “inspection report,” it had virtually no substance. There was no detailed explanation of the issues, no breakdown of labor, no diagnostic clarity. Just a blanket quote of nearly $4,000 for repairs that didn’t actually need to be performed! An actual mechanic from a separate shop was unable to determine what the findings of the produced report was. On top of that, they charged me $200 for the process. Because I wasn’t confident in their findings, I took the vehicle to the dealership for a second opinion. The dealership did none of the repairs this shop recommended and resolved the actual issue for $1,200. They should be paying me for wasting a week of my time for nothing.

I went in for an oil change and by far the best oils change experience I’ve ever had. I spoke with John on the phone and he got me in right away. John and the team were extremely friendly and fun to talk to and got my car done right away when I told them I had to leave for a long drive later that day. The price was at least $40 less than what the charge me at valvoline. I will be coming here from now on! They also had free coffee in the waiting room which was a plus!

Took them almost 2 days to do a diagnosis on my car. They initially told me it would be done the same day i dropped it off. Wanted them to look into one thing only about my car. They inspected and diagnosed my entire vehicle. Some of the things were accurate but some were just lies. They wanted to charge outrageous pricing for things that are simple and easy to fix. I would not recommend taking your vehicle here unless your are just completely ignorant on how to replace simple things.
