I’ll start out with the positive that earned the 2 star rather than a 1 - the tow truck driver was nice and helpful when they finally arrived. The bad - I got stuck in a ditch at 7:30 am and called LKM towing immediately. They quoted me 30 minutes. After 45 minutes I called back asking for an update which they replied it would now be another 45 minutes. 3 hours later and several additional calls and excuses and they finally sent a truck out to help, except it was too small despite knowing my situation and vehicle and therefore had to wait another 30 minutes. They finally got me out at 11 am…I waited 3.5 hours for a tow truck in sub zero conditions. Completely unacceptable.

Excellent service! Friendly staff! After an extremely bad accident, they gave insightful tips and helped with the final transition of our demolished vehicle. It was hard letting Charlie go, but it was his time to be laid to rest in the vehicle boneyard. He gave us several dedicated years of reliable service. His ultimate sacrifice saved my children’s lives! He was a true hero! Thank you Charlie! Thank you LKM Towing.

Very friendly and personable. Hunter came out to tow our completely dead electric vehicle. Extremely professional took the time to figure out how to manually open up the hood and get the car a charge with a remote charger so that he could drive it up onto the flatbed rather than drag it. Couldn’t I’ve had a better experience.
