Sold me a car that had serious unknown electrical problems show up just after the 1-month guarantee. It got scrapped only a few months after purchase.<br><br>It initially didn’t pass inspection even though they “guaranteed” it would. It had an exhaust leak that they had to fix.<br><br>The man I interacted with - Gary I believe - was condescending and pushy as I inspected the car. Kept saying “it’s perfect” and that I can look over the whole thing all I want and won’t find any problems.<br><br>Do not do business with Frams, you will be disappointed.

Just bought a tire that originally said $40 and went to $50, two people were smoking cigarettes in the office. Called them back after I went to a tire shop to mount them and they told me anything over 10 years you are not supposed to mount the tire because of Safty reasons. When I called back he said we can return or you can spend another $20 illegally mount and balance.

The people here are amazing. I just bought a van Honda Odyssey from them and I love it. The buy was quick and professional. When I got it home had a small issue and they came to my house and fixed it with no hesitation. Friendly, professional and on top of any issues or questions. I highly recommend them!!
