Warning to others: Due to an accident, my family had to use this impound lot, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The fees were extremely high including $345 for the first day including Impound and towing, $30 per day for storage, $150 to tow the vehicle less than one mile, or $240 to tow it under 10 miles to our repair shop. Obviously, we chose a lesser of two evils.<br><br>The process felt restrictive, and communication was not helpful. I understand they are a business trying to make money but The experience felt predatory. If this is the company Sterling Heights Police uses, there is little choice in the matter. This review reflects our experience.

November 15th 2025 I needed a tow after sliding into a curb after it rained and the tow truck driver (forgive me cant remeber his name very nice older gentleman) was very nice and understanding about the whole situation and actually put me in touch with a few people that could help me out in my situation so I am very grateful for this service tow truck driver was there before the cops could in pound my vehicle! Would reccomend this company to anyone in the area 10/10 service!
