I had an emergency while traveling and the crew at the Firestone in Edison went well above what was expected to resolve it quickly and get me back on the road! Big props to Adam, Danny, Joe, Andrew and Nate for taking the time and care to find the correct part and install it. Much appreciated! We need more customer service oriented people like these guys! Nathaniel was very helpful answering questions about services and was just all around professional when interacting with customers. He even went above and beyond helping my 8 year old son get pringles chips out of the vending machine when it jammed.<br><br>My car was serviced efficiently and timely and I would highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a smooth process having your car serviced.

I called in to see if they had time for a walk in for an oil change this just seemed to be that moment when my call needed everything done all at once. I spoke with Nathanial and he told me they’d be able to. From the time I got there to the time I left Nathanial was great he was very knowledgeable and persuasive in encouraging me to get a full diagnostics to really get down to the issues I was experiencing with my car. I’ve always enjoyed this location but I’d have to say this visit tops them all. Thank for for your hard work.
