Always excellent service from this Edison New Jersey location.<br>The staff always make sure you understand the root of the problem and the solution.<br><br>I asked if someone could come outside and take a look at a message on my dashboard and without hesitation, I believe his name was “Greg” and he came outside in 18 degrees and checked the message and was able to provide a solution.<br><br>He walked me through the buying process on which products were available and best for my vehicle. He also made sure the message disappeared from the dashboard before leaving the location.<br><br>As always excellent customer service from this location. The employees always go above and beyond

STAY AWAY from this store. Their customer service and return policies are poor. But more concerning is their competence and knowledge of cars - they simply see what’s written in their online system and do not honor what they say. You are better off buying the same part in Amazon since their return policies are better and you get the same information online.<br><br>I bought a head lamp for a Honda odyssey - their system said it would fit, and I double checked when buying with the associate that it will fit. This was because the case said use for fog lamp and power sports, and I asked again if it will fit. The associate confidently said yes. The same product was $89 in amazon, but I paid the extra $10 since I was getting in-store advice.<br><br>But when I came back and looked at my own headlamp bulb, they don’t match at all. I did not try to fit the bulb, all I had to do was look inside and remove my headlamp. There is no space in the headlamp case to fit this. This was obvious that the bulb is too big to fit. I took it back to get a refund and would have gladly bought another piece. But they did not honor and said it’s not returnable. On top of that that they said “I am lying that I did not try and install it”, and said goodbye. They spent less than 1 min on this.<br><br>Again, shop online where you have better return policies - and not at Advanced auto parts.
