If I could give a negative star, I would.<br><br>I called with a simple question and was met with complete rudeness. The lady I spoke to had a terrible attitude and was dismissive from the start. I was told she is the “top person” at the facility, which is honestly a joke.<br><br>The disrespect was unbelievable — she actually told me “good luck” and hung up in my face. When I called back to continue the conversation and requested to speak with the owner or someone above her, she said the owners were out of town in Korea. When I asked when they’d be back so I could follow up, she told me “never” and hung up again.<br><br>This wasn’t just a casual call — I was inquiring about my brother’s motorcycle jacket after he was tragically killed earlier this month while wearing their gear. The lack of compassion, empathy, and even basic professionalism is unacceptable.<br><br>I own two businesses myself and would never allow my staff to speak to a paying customer this way. Save your money and spend it somewhere else.<br><br>I will be in contact with the better business bureau.<br><br>She can have the day she deserves :)
