We recently bought our Subaru Impreza from Putnam in Burlingame. We had an excellent experience from start to finish.<br>Julian Medina helped us determine what features we wanted and the best price for our Subaru. He went above and beyond in helping us drop off our 25+ year Subaru as part of a Bay Area program to remove old vehicles from the road. He picked us up in Port Richmond and drove us to the Putnam dealership to conclude the sale of our Subaru that same day.<br><br>Ricardo Villanueva sat with us that day to calmy and clearly go through the numerous new features in our vehicle. He is truly an expert who is exceptional in explaining and showing how to find the features that help make our driving experience better.<br>After a few months, we went in again to the dealership for a follow-up session with Ricardo.
