4.6 stars based on 30 reviews- DDaryl Rosling
My brokers name was Ally. Iam a transporter. She was all over the load from pickup to drop off. She was so appreciative of the job I had done for her customer. I had a little trouble understanding the pay system, and she helped me so much with the process. She is a true asset to your company. Give that girl a raise!

Horrible tranport job and employees. I leave many reviews for businesses, but this is the worst experience with any business, in the past 20 years or more that I’ve had. Pick up and drop off had multiple reschedules, locations and delays. Driver kept lying to us and his dispatcher. Almost missed our plane flight because the driver came a full 24 hours LATE to pick up the vehicle. They were recommended to us by North American movers and they are not happy with theses fellas at all! It wasn’t just one or two issues that can happen with transportation, I get it, problems happen BUT…this driver screw up over and and over and over again…and then lies to us and his dispatcher about it! BOTH picking up and dropping off! It’s wasn’t just bad scheduling on the pick up OR the drop off…it was on both ends! Then he says he can’t drop off the car to our home and had to meet him at a Target parking lot in the dark, the next morning the North American moving truck larger than his transport rig, rolled up to our house on time and no issues getting down our street. Moveauto driver LIED about that too!! Never ever work with this company again. I suggest you look elsewhere for a reliable company if you need a vehicle moved. Have nothing at all good to say about them, which is sad. Very surprised they have over 4 star reviews.

Bad experience with this company. Patrick Connor was the agent who set up my transaction and Monica Reyes the agent handling my vehicle transport.

I paid extra money to have my car picked up on a specific date as I was moving the very next day. The day of pickup, I received a call from Monica to tell me the transporter was delayed and to give me options of moving forward, which was to have a local transporter pick up the car on a flatbed to take to a holding location to be released the next day.

A few hours later I received a call from a transporter who was going to pick up my car at a specific location and time, which was confusing as I was under the impression the plan had changed but I assumed they worked that out to continue with the original schedule. An hour or so later I receive a call from the driver stating they will be at a different location in 20 minutes from the previously discussed time and location, which again confused me as this wasn't what we discussed but this was a closer location so I figured they just found a better spot to meet and was fine with it. Immediately after hanging up I received another call from the first person that contacted me saying their driver will be there an hour and a half from now at the first discussed meeting point. Now as you can imagine I am now extremely confused and begin questioning what is going on as I now have two different companies claiming to be under contract for my car.

The dispatcher says he will contact moveauto to figure out what is going on and suggests I do the same. I was unable to reach Monica and left a message. Meanwhile I have the driver of the other company contacting me that he is at the location waiting for me. I proceed to attempt explaining the situation to him but due to a language barrier there was some misunderstandings. I then had to speak to his dispatcher to explain the situation. So now I'm having to speak to 3 different people about my car transport that I'm paying a large sum of money to moveauto to handle.

Eventually Monica contacts me to inform me she is investigating the situation and not to release my car yet while she looks into it. Meanwhile I have these two transport companies calling me back to back relaying their frustrations to me, the customer, about how this is going down and their rightful dissatisfaction with situation. After some time Monica contacts me to explain that there was a miscommunication with moveauto and the original transport company that resulted in them opening a new contract with the second company without cancelling the previous. She then tells me to go with the original transporter, not the one who has been waiting at a location for my car. The next hour or so of my time is a back and forth between moveauto and the two transport companies with Monica then changing her mind to go with the company who has been waiting.

This entire process of back and forth calls took over 5 hours of my day while I'm preparing a massive crosscountry move the next morning. I talked to Patrick Connor again who apologized and said they would evaluate the situation once completed and assured me that the car would still arrive in time for me to start my new job, barring unforseen issues of course, and that Monica would contact me every other day to inform me of the status of my car. That did not happen. I had to reach out to Monica myself on two different occasions to find out about the status of my car, which was delayed, causing me to miss starting my new job. Monica again reiterated that they would reevaluate this transaction to "make it right."

Thankfully my car finally arrived a day after I had requested it to be delivered by. There were no issues with the condition of my car so I'm giving 3 out of 5 starts simply for my car arriving only slightly past my requested time and the car being fine. But the only extent of moveauto "making it right" was Monica confirming that I received my car with no further issues. However, I don't think I would recommend this company as their communication past Patrick was horrendous.
