I went to recycle cardboard and didn't have a bill since I live in a townhouse. Apparently ID isn't good enough. They gave me a lecture how they are doing it as a service for Chandler Residents. I have been a Chandler Resident for 25+ years, I don't need to be treated like scum for trying to recycle cardboard. (Note: After reading the response, the 1 star review still stands)

Do not go if you’re not a Chandler resident!<br><br>We were helping our friend clean out their garage and needed to find a dump nearby to take all of their stuff. Given the age we live in, we used Google Maps to find the closest one and I proceed to this one.<br><br>Upon arrival I see a janky sign stating that they require a utility bill and ID and I proceeded to their booth. They asked for my address so I gave them my home address that is Phoenix and their response was extremely rude, as if it it is universal knowledge. Coming from Washington, any of the dumps would allow you to utilize their service because you’re paying for it and money is money.<br><br>The King’s guard at the booth scoffed again and I proceed to just tell them I was making the run for our friend who we were helping that may have a Chandler address. They continued to be rude and provided zero info as if they were protecting the highly sought after treasures that hid beyond the gates.<br><br>As I drove off, I could only imagine that the two dudes in their toll booth were high-fiving because they were able to keep out another outsider from intruding on their fortress.<br><br>I am not reviewing the rules, just the sheer lack of understanding and help from the attendant. Would’ve been a non-issue if they were like, “happens all the time, you just gotta go to xyz”. None of that.

Each person that I interacted with was very helpful and knowledgeable. Directions for clear and it was easy to get around to do different drop offs.
