Had a lithium ion battery installed in my 2018 EZ Go a few months ago. As for the battery and installation, as well as the value for the money, I’ve been satisfied with the change. That being said, before you have the Battery Guy install a lithium ion battery in your cart, BE AWARE! that once you do this, virtually NO cart service company or dealership will do ANYTHING on your cart in the way of maintenance or service due to potential liability issues with lithium ion batteries installed by ANY third party. They will not replace the tires ( I had one dealer tell me they wouldn’t put AIR in the tires) or anything else, even cosmetic services. They will not allow the cart to even be pulled into the service area for any reason. I found this out after the fact, and it’s been a HUGE issue for me. It likely will be for you, too, so BUYER BEWARE. For what it’s worth, you’ve been warned

I just want to thank Beau and his team for all the many times they had to come back for my last install of Trojan batteries for my California Roadster. It was a long drive and they did not complain one bit because they truly value customer service and making sure their customers are left happy and satisfied with their products.
