Had a great experience at this AutoZone thanks to the manager, Joshua. He was incredibly helpful and genuinely knowledgeable, especially when it came to my Mercedes. He took the time to help me choose the right oil and filters instead of just pointing at the shelf and sending me on my way. You can tell he actually knows cars and cares about doing things correctly. This is the kind of service that keeps people coming back. Joshua and Fernando are super stars!!! We went in to the store to buy a new battery and needed help installing it, they were amazing going the extra step and figuring out how to take the old difficult battery off that gave them hell but they kept at it and were able swap them out. Thanks again guys, your the best.

I did want to say that young kid outside I forget his name he was working the cart changing somebody's battery he was great. And the guy that did read my sensor just now afterwards I asked if he could just unhook my battery real quick just like one side and then plug it back in or whatever you do. let's just say I've never been to an AutoZone where they didn't help me. I wasn't asking for much just unhook the battery on the negative wait a couple minutes and redo it. The battery was bought here it just doesn't make much sense they put batteries in cars
