I went in on the 1/30/26 and received excellent customer service from Edgar at the Springdale store: 800 West Sunset store. He was knowledgeable and very willing to help. I didn’t have the exact part number or name, but when I explained it to him he searched and searched until he found the part. That’s going above and beyond! When you get there ask for Edgar. I’m sure he’ll give great customer service!

Saturday December 27th 2025 at 4:58pm I called O’Reily on 800 west Sunset in Springdale, AR In hopes for assistance by phone to avoid me a 45 minute drive. According to their system, the item I was looking for there was ONE in stock. I understand the system isn’t always up-to-date as its happened before at this location. Understandable. I was placed on a EXTENSIVE 53 minute hold by a female who answered my call. Eventually the call “dropped”. I called back multiple times and kept being put on hold before I could get a word out. The last two calls I made, a male answered and heard my request to speak with the onsite manager whom I overheard reply “I don’t have time right now”. I requested to know the managers name, instead, I was immediately placed on hold AGAIN! I hung up and called back, at this point I am certain they chose not to answer my call if my number popped on their caller ID. — I took my $298 business to AutoZone down the street who was efficient, knowledgeable, and customer friendly. Yes I drove to the location and nope, O’Reily at 800 west sunset did not have a line out the door to have placed me on hold multiple times nor was the lobby full for someone not to take my call. I spotted two customers, one at the counter and the other one looking at stuff.

wow the people that work in the evening are so unprofessional. they play rap music and curse out loud. they all act like it’s still high school and can’t help each other when someone needs help. i’ve been to many O’Reillys but this one ain’t it. they need a manager with maturity and maybe some age to them because hanging on snapchat and talking about drinking or flirting with the one heavier girl that works there isn’t gonna get me the car parts i need. i do not recommend as long as this crew is there.
