I dropped off the battery for recharge around 6 pm. 30 mins later ...... This......... I told him its a lithium powersports battery & dude didn't even listen to me fully and went to the back to recharge. Told me 30 mins. Told'em I'll probably need it full night recharge and dude said 30 mins enough for this size of battery...................
After 30 mins, figures I'll continue to recharge it myself and went to pick it up. And this.

I called to get a part which was a nut for the muffler and manifold. Well I am at O’rileys inside the store with 2 associates helping me out. They didn’t have the part, lady was nice enough to help print out a receipt so I knew what to ask for when I called. So I call AutoZone and this lady who I explained to asked me what car was it for I told her Nissan Altima 2002 , then she asked me again what model was it for? I told her again and as I am answering her, she was like MHM to every word I said was MHM MHM.

I stood quiet and the 2 associates in O’rileys and my boyfriend who was beside me were looking at me and say’s she’s VERY rude. I said right ? I said I am just about to go to the store, because this isn’t right. She stays quiet for a long time and I am like can you find it ? She’s tells me WAIT ! And I am like can I just talk to someone else that can help me? or a manger ? She just puts me on hold WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING! I was so upset. I hung up and called again and I told the guy on the phone I was just on the phone with a lady who was rude and can he just help me ? He laughs like it was nothing doesn’t say sorry. I don’t see how this was a laughing matter. After I get off the phone , I get there at the AutoZone in the next 5 mins cause I let the guy know I was coming. As I come to the store , I see 2 lady associates talking, one hefty lady over the counter talking to another with a ponytail and grey sweater. I DIDN’T get greeted inside the store , a younger gentleman helped me with a black hoodie sweater on with Van shoes. I let him know the issue about the customer service on the phone. Didn’t get a sorry that happened to you at all whatsoever. And he didn’t ask if I wanted to still talk to a manager about the customer service situation that happened over the phone. As I was paying I see the lady with the pony tail just staring at me the whole time and when I heard her talk I knew it was instantly her. I don’t know why she was just staring at me but she’s very rude to even be staring at someone. HORRIBLE PHONE SERVICE AND IN STORE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! They need more training. Not acceptable

I had a recent visit here at Autozone because my car was having issues and my battery light had went on. I figured it was just my battery as it is technically the "incorrect" size for my car as I was given a wrong one from Napa, so I went ahead and bought a new one. I was told I can come back the next day to have them replace my battery, and so I went and they didn't even have all their tool set available at the store. I had asked them to run a diagnostics test on my car and they just went ahead and forgot, I asked three times, and they just forgot.

Since they didn't have the right tools, I was told to go to a different autozone, and I couldn't because I obviously was not going to go if my battery light is on, so I just bought my own tools and the same guy who was helping me didn't even offer to help when he saw me checking out the tools via self checkout.

Seems like the workers probably aren't too sure with what they are doing at this place.
