The guy intended to provide customer service there on 7/10/25 was the rudest individual that I have interacted with in a very long time. He spoke to me in the most demeaning manner ever. As a social service professional his level of communication skill, sensitivity and humility was despicable. I pray that you never have the misfortune of dealing with him during a time of vulnerability or distress. The only positive outcome that I can hope for is that you truly reap what you sow!

First off the white guy with a pony tail that is a driver was terrible. Lack of professionalism and lack of patience. I told him I wanted it towed correctly and just to watch out on a couple things and it was as if you said no candy to a toddler. This man started cussing under his breathe and practically jumping up and down throwing a tantrum. Terrible service
