Good luck getting them to come and answer any of your towing requests. They ask for details to be sent to them to complete the tow and they stop answering your phone calls and texts. Anyone is better than this company

If I could give this place a negative review, I most certainly would. This place should not be in business. Family owned? I can only imagine how horrible they are to one another. This establishment needs to send every single employee to customer service classes!<br><br>I called on Friday, very pleasant to inquire and confirm information that was told to my husband. The girl (because I can't believe a woman would provide this level of service) who answered the phone, was mono-tone, dry, and unfriendly. She had no business picking up the phone. She confirmed that cars that are towed can only be paid with cash or a card in the owner's name. So, even if you're married and on the insurance, they will not accept a credit/debit card from you if you're not in the registration. Fine, no problem.<br><br>Google has the businesses hours of operation 8 AM - 11:30 PM. My husband was told 24 hours a day. Now, one would think you would be told, we close at 5 PM, not open on weekends, and opening the gate past 5 PM is a $150 fee. Nope. The hours listed on Google is towing hours. A business has an obligation to ensure accurate information is posted about their establishment. Nope, not J & T Towing. They are in it for money and are okay with misrepresentation, because it generates more money for them. SAD.<br><br>When calling after 5 PM, the boy (again, I refuse to believe a man could provide this level of service) he was not as forthcoming with information. He told us he can have someone come back to the gate to open up in about 35 minutes (it was 5:08 PM) and it would cost $150. After hearing that, mathematically I'm thinking, 'Pay you $150 to come back, or wait until tomorrow and pay the extra $100 fee' hmm... I'd rather save $50. Then he's like, tomorrow is more. How? Because we're closed on the weekends. Interesting!! So, no one thought to provide this information upfront on the initial call? $600 bill that could have been avoided had the proper information been provided.<br><br>This place has thee worst customer service in America! They misrepresent their company by posting half-truths, and they are not forthcoming with information. They should change their name to J & T Greed Towing Suisun.<br><br>Do not recommend. If I ever needed to use my AAA, I would ensure they are not used. They'll never get my business, and anyone reading should do the same.

Picks and chooses when they actually decide to respond to a call. We have attempted to call them at multiple times day/night with no answer when people have been parked in our assigned parking for extended periods of time and they just don’t answer
