Got yelled at and hung up on while trying to explain that my older mother was waiting outside in the cold. Just told us to wait outside with no estimate on how long to wait at 930pm in the winter. They totally abuse the fact that people need their vehicles while making thousands off of accidents. Theyre just absolutely miserable and rotten from the inside out, which is probably why theyre dead inside.

The lady supposedly in charge is terrible. She hung the phone up and was very hostile. I spoke to a guy in previous interactions. I’ve towed multiple times from a private property. Please see receipts. Someone needs to take her off the phones. Never knew trying to bring business would result is such an ugly demeanor when I was calmly speaking the entire time.
