I can’t say enough good things about Santa Monica Autoworks! Put simply, this is a business you can trust. Brian, Brett and their team are incredibly knowledgeable, hardworking, patient and exceptionally kind. There is no higher quality repair work than theirs and they provide superior customer service the whole way through. I’ve had experiences at other places in the past where I was upsold and taken advantage of just because it was clear that I don’t know anything about cars. At Santa Monica Autoworks I never have to worry about that. This team’s primary focus is always to find the best possible solution for me. And if I don’t fully understand the work that needs to be done they take the time to give a simple and straightforward explanation so I know what I’m paying for. It has been a privilege to build a relationship with this team and in turn it has enhanced my relationship with my car. These guys are great people who are friendly and respectful and easy going. They take their work seriously but somehow maintain a great sense of humor all the while. Even when they’re at their busiest, they put in the effort to make sure you feel welcome, heard and appreciated. 10/10 shop! Very nice, polite, trustworthy, fair. I’ve been here multiple times and in addition to the soft skills and great customer service, the extensive knowledge and attention to detail is also in the quality of their work. Just dropped my car off and they gave me the red carpet treatment. Took me in right away, already started looking at the problem while I was in the bathroom (very clean by the way) and proactively started ordering parts and sent me on my way, super fast check in. Cheesy detailed review I know but sometimes you have to give a business credit! Amazing cars at this shop as well. I have an old Macan, definitely not as nice as everything else and they still treat me great. Seems silly but it’s cool that my shop has some of the nicest cars going to them.
