We had an issue with changing a tire in a rental car at around 11PM. Benjamin came out within 20-30 minutes (about the estimation given by the operator) was super fast and friendly. Even though we were frustrated because we were driving a lot that day and just wanted to get home and now we had this tire issue, he really put us in a better mood because of how friendly and quick he was.
