I arrived a few minutes late for an 11am appointment, my bad totally, and apologized to the staff and all seemed fine. I asked how long the service would take, and was informed it would take them about 30min. Perfect, that’s what I was told when I made the appointment so my day could still be on track. 2 hours later, I’m finally leaving. They werent able to get the car in for over 45minutes, then it took them well over an hour to get it back out to me.<br>I’m late for all the rest of my afternoon plans, had to cancel others, and a load of stress was just added to my day.<br>Just a suggestion, if you’re going to tell people a time estimate, make it accurate instead of reality being 4x longer than the estimate that people make plans based off.
