While the repairs turned out fine, this is not a quick turnaround by any means. I didn’t have the best experience with communication from the team - you get a lot of automated texts with estimated pick up dates that at least in my case were inaccurate. Whenever I emailed asking for updates on when my car would be ready the responses were typically “we can’t guarantee it, but hopefully by X date.” I found that frustrating - they should be able to schedule third party vendors and order parts on time to give customers an accurate date for pick up.

I had my car fixed here through Progressive insurance after I was rear-ended on a snowy night. GREAT people and great service. They kept me updated through texts on when my car was estimated to be ready and called when it was done. I got my car back in less than two weeks and a couple days earlier than their anticipated completion date! Daniel worked with me and was very friendly and answered my questions when I dropped my car off and when I picked it up. They had to do repairs to the minor damage in my bumper and it looks good as new! I would definitely recommend this location if you need work done on your car and I will be going back if needed in the future.

Crash Champions were great. My needed minor body work after sideswiping another vehicle. The repair work was excellent, the paint was perfect. The work was on time or nearly so (my car is a 2009 model so parts must have been difficult to fine). The shop did an excellent job detailing the interior before returning it to me.
